I done this manually and checked the order again which gave me the option to add the commission. I then went on to my affiliate account and had a look in transactions, and there it was. What is the point of Payment Method in the Affiliate registration form? Every commission an affiliate earns goes to the store credit and can be use to offset order total. How do affiliate withdraw the commission or admin manage the withdrawal? Is there a way to see which the orders have been placed via an affiliate link? Is there a way to get a list of all orders that qualify for an affiliate commission? My apologies if I forget to provide sufficient information to answer my question.
